PushOff Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PushOff (the "App"). By downloading, signing in to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Physical Activity Disclaimer

PushOff involves physical exercise (push-ups). Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Exercise at your own risk. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your physical limits, including verifying you have a safe, clear space to perform push-ups near your device. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of the App.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
• You may sign in using Apple or Google; you're responsible for keeping those credentials secure.
• One account per person. Impersonating another person or creating misleading display names is not allowed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheating tools, emulators, or manipulate the camera feed to falsify rep counts or leaderboard rankings
• Post harassing, hateful, obscene, or illegal content in chat
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or backend systems without authorization
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Leaderboards & Chat

Leaderboard rankings and chat are shared, public-facing features among signed-in users. We are not responsible for the content other users post in chat, but we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Chat messages, once sent, cannot be edited or deleted.

6. Subscriptions

• PushOff Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
• Prices and included features may change; we'll provide notice of material changes where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, code, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rep-counting will be perfectly accurate — the App uses computer vision estimates, which may occasionally miscount.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury, arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
